SANTA'S SLEIGH RIDE DELIGHTS ATLANTA NEIGHBORHOOD

Hello Friends and Family,

Our first two deliveries were a huge success.  Santa and his elves as well as 10 family children and other neighborhood children braved the cold weather and squeals of delight were heard as Santa pulled his sleigh down the street.  The children were all given toys and candy canes while the two families graciously received their trees, gift cards, food and presents.

As Santa was reading “The Night Before Christmas,” one little boy said to Santa:  “Is that YOU?”  All of the children joined in song as Chase lead us in “Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer”  (Ms. Claus was politely told she should not be singing in public).  When we departed, we were all given huge hugs by the children and they thanked us for coming.  One little girl even nicknamed Mitchell the Brown Elf since he has brown hair!

We had a professional photographer onsite as well as a local news channel so these are the only pictures we took.  We will send out the other photos once we receive them.  We were featured on Atlanta69 Now News at 8pm on Dec. 19, after Family Feud.  Reporter Valencia joined Santa in his sleigh and covered the story.  We hope you were able to tune in and see the action live and what a difference your donations make.

If you haven’t donated yet, please consider donating even the smallest amount.  You can donate here:  www.secretsantaoveratlanta.com or Venmo @Lydia-Whitner.

Thank you all for your support and donations.

Santa and Ms. Claus
