The Latest Update!

Secret Santa kicked off it’s thirteenth year just before Thanksgiving to sponsor another six families this year -  2 from Emory Winship with breast cancer and leukemia, 2 families from Peace Prep Academy and 2 families from a local Hispanic church. 

Each of the 18 children will be receiving a stocking of 20 wrapped presents including toys, candy, pencils and erasers and toothbrushes (we have already been through 2 rolls of wrapping paper and 10 rolls of tape).  Each family will receive groceries including a turkey, fruits and veggies, pancake and cake mixes and more. 

And let’s not forget the gift card and signed book from Santa!

While Santa and the elves began shopping for groceries, stocking suffers and making repairs to the sleigh, donations from the Amazon wishlist began pouring in from our wonderful donors. 

To date, over 200 wishlist items have been purchased and the Wishlist is complete for the first time this year!  The stockings have all been wrapped and are ready to go along with the groceries as we now move on to sort and wrap all of the presents for the families. 

Each child will receive 6 wrapped gifts from Santa to go under their tree.  The parents will also be given all of their “need” items for themselves and their family.
