14th Annual Secret Santa WrapUp

Hello Secret Santa Friends and Family,

We have completed our six deliveries and Santa has parked his sleigh!

We started our week by picking up donations for an entire family of four children from GE Vernova including a delivery from a true elf himself!

We headed out yesterday to deliver to the two Peace Prep families, one that lost everything in storage and one that has been displaced 3 times this year.  Needless to say, they were very excited to see Santa and the elves.  We were greeted by the first family and lots of neighborhood children.  The mom of the first family was so excited by the “open this present now” as it was family matching pjs that she claimed she was going to put them on as soon as we left!  We were also able to hand out numerous presents to other neighborhood children.  The neighborhood response that we got was absolutely amazing – “I have never seen anything like this” and  “Please keep up the good work you are doing”.

Our second delivery to a family with four children was another sight to be seen.  While the girls ages 5, 6 and 7 were delighted to see Santa, their 2 year old brother wanted nothing to do with him!  While the children were quite shy at first, they quickly warmed up to Santa as he gave them all an early Christmas present of bikes and helmets.

A huge thank you to our corporate sponsor GE Vernova!  We couldn’t have done this without you.

And thank you to all of our Secret Santa Family.  We know there are so many people in need this year and everyone is stretched very thin with the continued requests for donations.  Thanks to your support and donations, we were able to once again provide the magic of Christmas to six very wonderful families.

Merry Christmas,

Santa and Mrs. Claus
